Grown in the dry plains of Rajasthan, cumin offers a warm, earthy and slightly citrusy aroma. Whole seeds release their flavour gradually into curries, vegetables, stews, breads and rice dishes. In powder form, it blends smoothly into masalas, marinades, sauces and spice mixes, adding a deep and balanced aromatic warmth.
