Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on a public holiday are processed the following business day.
COLISSIMO
Delivery in mainland France is free for all orders over
€25 (incl. VAT).
For orders under €25, shipping fees are €4.90.
Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
In case of unavailability, you can postpone the delivery to the desired day or request availability at a collection point, please find the link to request a delivery modification online: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/modification-livraison . If you were absent or the package is too large to be placed in your mailbox, your postman will leave a calling card in your mailbox mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package upon presentation of an identity document. You can mandate a person of your choice who can come on your behalf with your identity document to collect the package. If you cannot collect your package within this time, it will be returned to the sender. Thanks to the calling card on which appears your package or registered letter number, you can easily modify your delivery. Simply go to the dedicated website and choose a new home delivery date (within the next six business days) or specify the new collection point where you would like to collect your parcel or registered letter (from 3 p.m. the next day). If you opt for collection, you have 10 business days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will be automatically returned.
Deliveries outside mainland France with Colissimo require a signature. Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated at the time of order completion.

CHRONOPOST
Express delivery in mainland France via Chronopost is available for €4.50.
Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business day after dispatch.
Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
To reschedule and change the delivery date or location: - Go to https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/reprogrammer-la-livraison , you will then be offered different options. To give your delivery instructions, whether it is rescheduling the delivery or to complete the delivery information. If rescheduling is not offered on your package tracking page, it means that your shipment is not eligible for Predict services to reschedule delivery.

UPS
For deliveries within mainland France via UPS Access Point, shipping costs are €7.00.
We offer delivery via UPS to UPS Access Point locations across France.
Delivery times are estimated at 2 business days after dispatch.
