Harvested in the aromatic plains of Rajasthan, recognised as India’s finest region for coriander production, this spice offers a fresh, citrusy and gently floral aroma. Whole seeds add warm and slightly sweet notes to curries, vegetables, marinades and broths. The powdered form releases its fragrant flavour instantly in sauces, spice blends, stews and savoury baked dishes.
