Born from Punjab’s tandoor-style cooking, this blend combines mild paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic and warm spices to deliver a vibrant colour and a subtle smoky aroma. It adds depth, brightness and a gentle citrus lift to marinades, grilled meats, roasted vegetables and oven-cooked dishes. Perfect for recreating authentic tandoori flavour, it gives dishes a rich, full and layered character.
