Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on a public holiday are processed the following business day.

COLISSIMO

For home deliveries in mainland France via Colissimo, delivery is free for all orders over €100 including tax. For all orders under €100, delivery costs are €4.90 without signature, €5.90 with signature, and €4.50 to a collection point.

We offer Colissimo delivery with or without signature. Secure home delivery with signature is contactless via a 6-digit PIN or QR code to be given to the postman upon delivery for deliveries in France. The delivery code is sent the day before by email and the same day by SMS. Only the recipient with the correct code can take possession of the package. Delivery times are estimated at two business days after the package is shipped from our premises to mainland France. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a package number and a link to track its progress. An email or SMS is sent to you the day before the carrier's visit to inform you of the delivery during a daily slot, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In case of unavailability, you can postpone the delivery to the desired day or request availability at a collection point, please find the link to request a delivery modification online: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/modification-livraison . If you were absent or the package is too large to be placed in your mailbox, your postman will leave a calling card in your mailbox mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package upon presentation of an identity document. You can mandate a person of your choice who can come on your behalf with your identity document to collect the package. If you cannot collect your package within this time, it will be returned to the sender. Thanks to the calling card on which appears your package or registered letter number, you can easily modify your delivery. Simply go to the dedicated website and choose a new home delivery date (within the next six business days) or specify the new collection point where you would like to collect your parcel or registered letter (from 3 p.m. the next day). If you opt for collection, you have 10 business days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will be automatically returned.

Deliveries outside mainland France with Colissimo require a signature. Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated at the time of order completion.

CHRONOPOST

For deliveries in mainland France by Chronopost, delivery costs are €6.90 against signature at home and €5.50 at a relay point.

We offer express Chronopost delivery to your home or to a collection point. Delivery times are estimated at 1 business day after the package is shipped from our premises. Packages are delivered the next business day in mainland France for orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a package number and a link to track its progress. An email or SMS will be sent to you the day before the carrier's visit to inform you of the delivery within a 3- to 4-hour time slot. If the delivery is unavailable, you can postpone the delivery to the desired day or request availability at a collection point.
If you are absent, a notification will inform you of the carrier's visit. You can reschedule a delivery or request availability at a collection point. If you opt for collection, you then have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned. To reschedule and change the delivery date or location: - Go to https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/reprogrammer-la-livraison , you will then be offered different options. To give your delivery instructions, whether it is rescheduling the delivery or to complete the delivery information. If rescheduling is not offered on your package tracking page, it means that your shipment is not eligible for Predict services to reschedule delivery.

UPS

For deliveries to mainland France via UPS Access Point, the charge is €3.50.

We offer UPS delivery to UPS Access Point locations in France. Delivery times are estimated at 3 business days after dispatch.
