Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made via our online shop by individual consumers and businesses, unless special terms have been agreed in writing. By confirming your order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Availability

• Product descriptions, images, and information are provided in good faith. Minor differences in color or packaging may occur.
• All offers are valid while stocks last.
• If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you by email and offer a refund or replacement.

Prices and Payment

• Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirmation.
• Maison Myra reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, orders already placed are not affected.
• Payment is due at the time of order via secure payment methods offered on Shopify (e.g. credit/debit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, etc.).
• For deliveries outside France or the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped from our logistics center once payment is confirmed.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier. Estimated times are provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Please check your shipping address carefully; Maison Myra is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order — without giving any reason. 
To exercise this right, contact us via email at support@maisonmyra.com with your order number.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used spice/food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
• Custom or personalized products (e.g. handmade or engraved items) are nonreturnable, except if defective.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

Warranty and Liability

• Maison Myra guarantees that all products are free from defects at the time of delivery.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods.
• We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or use.
• Maison Myra shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, etc.).

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Maison Myra until full payment has been received.
